Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Willow Grove

We had a fantastic experience. The room was quiet, dark enough to sleep in the morning, beds were firm enough so my back did not hurt in the morning but comfortable for all three of us.

The shower head needs cleaning , we couldn't get the television to come on until we giggled the wires and the bathroom sink leaked a little bit. Maintenance doesn't work on the weekend. We were offered another room but turned it down because we had already settled in. Other than that everything was good. All that being said I'd wouldn't let that stop you from coming here. The people are friendly and the room was pleasant

We were very pleased with our recent stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. The walk-in shower was both attractive and accommodating. Our stay included New Years Eve, and I was concerned it might be noisy, but we didn’t hear a sound from other rooms, floors, or the traffic! The breakfast bar was well-stocked and provided a variety of choices for all dietary choices and needs. The location could not have been better! We were centrally located to eating establishments, within minutes of every north/eastern suburb, and just a short drive from the city itself. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location.

I had a great stay at this hotel. David at the front desk was outstanding—helpful, polite, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were some of the best I’ve ever used in a hotel (I honestly wish I could purchase them). Overall, the service and management truly made my experience enjoyable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a group of 25 in town for a high school colorguard competition. Super glad we picked this hotel. Conveniently located right off the turnpike in a safe location. What made our stay wonderful was the staff!!!! Special shout out to Anthony!!!! He was very professional introducing himself to our group and going the extra mile to make sure our time at his hotel was great! Set us up in a great space that accommodated us and made sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff members we encountered were great. Breakfast was awesome, rooms were clean and well appointed. Thanks!

Stayed here over the most recent weekend, my stay here was overall very good. Front desk was very friendly and handled my check-in smoothly. My room was extremely clean and house keeping was helpful when I needed more amenities. Location ended up working out amazing for me as the hotel is located right off the Pennsylvania Turnpike for my travels, nearby restaurants and convince stores were also relatively close to the hotel.

My room was clean, staffs were kind and friendly, and we liked the breakfast. They had a variety food available. But if you are a light sleeper just like I am, I would recommend to ask a room without the central air. Also, the freight train is running near by. If you are able to sleep through with anything, you will do fine at this hotel.

Don't be fooled by the lower rating as the property has been renovated. The location is not perfect, sandwiched between a freight railroad line and I-276, but it's a great property if you have teens or older children as they have a cool game room with pool, ping pong and foozball. Our kids spent the evening there instead of watching TV or on their phones complaining of boredom. Rooms were clean and up to date, service is wonderful. We will consider again if we're in the area.
